Day 4 Day outreach ministries was established in September 2002 by Kevin Peacock Jr and Evangelist Yolanda Robinson (mother and son); after Kevin (who was 19 at the time) was sentenced to twenty years in the Florida Department of Corrections.  Since being incarcerated, Kevin expressed his concern for the number of men that did not have outside support or positive reinforcements; therefore, he wrote out these thoughts which he shared with his mother.  Furthermore, after several written letters and their strong desire to help others, Day4Day outreach ministries was born. Handwritten letters, spiritual monthly news letters, essays and educational papers are just some of the support the incarcerated  receives.  All of this has been accomplished on a word- of- mouth basis within the prisons! Day 4 Day outreach ministries believes that  support should be continuously before and after these men and women come home.  As the motto states  Day 4 Day vows to assist whomever needs our help, "One day at a time!"
